Wholesale nurseries and growers sell to landscapers and sometimes to the public at volume prices; tree nurseries sell balled-and-burlapped and container trees and can deliver and plant large specimens. For truck drivers, they have several buildings so whatever address you have for pickup might be the wrong place so good luck on your guess, each one is small in and out and tight especially if other trucks there so check in process is terrible especially the building I finally found where my pickup was absolutely no signs for drivers to enter anywhere it’s by dock 6/5 and then 2pm appointment I arrive a little early and was told the product is not ready for 3 hours so sat in door for 4.5 hours and went back in and asked when they were gonna start loading and they were waiting still on one more box. They don’t value truck drivers here or their time hope to not come back here again and we’ll see if I make delivery on time when I finally get out of here and get a few hours left on my clock to drive and then park. Why schedule appointments when you don’t have the product? Truckers have government mandated logs we have to abide by so aside from sitting all day to get loaded being frustrating we can only extend our clocks so much and then the government shuts us down so this company needs to be more mindful and respectful of truck drivers.

Couldn’t get anybody to give me answers over the phone, so I showed up at 1pm, and nobody would help me, looked around for over an hour trying to find someone to help me, only for Javier to finally show up and tell me they were closing in an hour, so that I should just come back another day. If I have an entire hour to pick up roses, and I already drove two hours, and hauled a trailer the whole way, I am not sure why my business is being turned away. I guess selling 200 roses is not a big enough sale for them to care about my business. On the bright side, while walking their greenhouses it looks like all the roses they did have were completely infected with either spider mites, or were showing some mosaic, so maybe it’s a blessing in disguise.

Purchased two Roses from your Fragrant Collection (Red & Pink) @ Sam's Club about a month ago. Planted them in from of our porch immediately. They are doing very well and one already has buds. (ZONE 8A) Had to cover them once as forecast was for temps dropping into the Teens. No problems. I went out and Purchased three more of the Fragrant Collection yesterday. Already beginning to leaf out. Now I have multiple colors. (Red, Lilac, Pink)
